Seasonal Tenants: Remember to Register!

#59 January 2010,Avalon has passed a new ordinance requiring tenants participating in group rentals to supply a copy of the group register upon the request of the public safety director, police and/or the Licensing & Inspection Department. Ferguson Dechert seasonal leases contain a form for all members of a group renting a property to sign prior to occupying the property, which we have always kept on file in our office. Season tenants must now keep a copy of this register at their rental property. Non-compliance could result in citations and fines from the Borough of Avalon.
