The third floor provides outstanding views of the beach and ocean. The home offers two queen beds in the master and second guest room and 2 single beds in a third bedroom. There are televisions in both guest bedrooms and living area. A sleep sofa (queen) is available for the occasional overnight guest. The main living/dining area spans the full width of the condo so you see the ocean from the entire living space. Conveniently located within steps of the beach and family recreation area complete with tennis, basketball, indoor/outdoor community center, playground and much more you will park the car and never move it. Enjoy a leisurely walk into the center of Stone Harbor for shopping, the bay is just three blocks away for fishing and crabbing, plus there are several family restaurants and even a grocery store within a few blocks walk. Perfect family location to call your own this summer! Owner provides 4 beach tags and 4 beach chairs for your convenience and 1 assigned parking space. There is an elevator in the first building and a cat walk connection (i.e. pathway) to this building for your convenience.
