The 1st floor features 2 bedrooms, one with 2 bunkbeds and a half bathroom and the other bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a hallway full bath. The large den allows easy access to the pool. The 2nd floor holds the master bedroom with a king bed with full bath, a bedroom/loft area with a bunk bed. There is a hall half bath for when you are entertaining guests, wide open living room, kitchen and dining room, with a screened porch as well as the bay view deck round out the floorplan. FOURTH BEDROOM IS A LOFT BEDROOM. The pool and spa are heated.
