Welcome to a townhome that sleeps up to 10 in a walk-to-everything-the-island-has-to-offer location, in the center of Avalon. 4Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 spacious family rooms, 3 upgraded bathrooms and a game room garage are just some of the highlights. The interior is full of desired amenities-- hardwood floors throughout, tile in the kitchen and granite counter tops. Neutral paint covers the interior of the home. The home offers a fabulous lay out for a large family or two families wanting to vacation together. The two LARGE, high ceiling family rooms, both with flat screen televisions, offer plenty of space for families to be together and have the ability to spread out. The lower-level family room has a wet bar. The game room garage is the perfect hangout space with ping-pong, air hockey, flat screen TV, sofa and more. Located on 28th Street in the center of town between Dune & Ocean Drive. Wawa is on one corner (three houses down the street) and Hoys/Avalon Coffee is the opposite corner (about 5 homes up the street). The beach is a quick 3.5 block walk. Our 28th Street beach has it ALL--- bathrooms, playground, ice cream shop, skateboard park, arcade and a large parking lot. The beach also features Seaside Park was built in 2018, a 2 million dollar playground with bathrooms and a free family entertainment area for the public to enjoy. This location is a source of outdoor concerts, family movies and other activities during the summer. The home is complete with WIFI, 2 parking spots, an outside shower, 3 queen beds and 4 twins.
