Welcome to 325 7th Street, Avalon NJ! This newly renovated home is brand new to the rental market for you to enjoy! The entire house has been renovated, including new flooring, new kitchen, new furniture, new vanities and tile floors in bathrooms, new stainless-steel appliances and new lighting. There is a decoration wood burning fireplace in the living room. Home Features: - 3 Bedrooms (Queen, King, 2 Twins) - 2 Full Bathrooms - 2 TVs with Roku Streaming (no cable!) - Front & Back Decks - Living Room with Wood Burning Fireplace (decoration, not for tenant use) - Laundry Area with Washer & Dryer - New Furniture & Appliances Important Notes: -The pool is open, heated and ready for you to enjoy! It will close 09/30. -There is no access to the first floor of the home, it is locked off as storage. This home and its amenities are private to this listing only. NO shared pool. - Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED! - The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees. Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. Pet friendly property on case by case basis with pet fee. Pets brought without owner permission are considered a break of the lease and tenants are subject to fee of twice the usual pet fee or removal. Pet Fee - $455 per pet, per week.
