This professionally decorated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath three story single family home has all the bells and whistles to make this an incredible vacation retreat for everyone in the family. Built in 2019 and ideally situated close to town on a quiet street, you are just a short stroll to the beach, with peaks of the bay throughout the home. A mahogany deck and wood front door provide rich detail upon entering the home. Inside, hardwood floors run throughout all three floors as well as an incredible trim package, which includes transom windows and wainscoting with ship lap accent walls in every bedroom. The first floor boasts 9 ft ceilings and includes a junior master suite (queen bed) with private bath and access to the front deck. Two additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath (1 bedroom with 2 twins and a bunk room with 3 twin beds). To the rear of the first floor sits the laundry area and a family room that overlooks the pool and cabana area. The family room has a new pull-out couch with comfy gel memory foam mattress and a deck to enjoy the backyard view.Located on the second floor is the gem of the home, a huge light filled living room with gas fireplace, multiple windows, 2 sliding doors and cathedral ceilings. The kitchen will be sure to impress with a 250 bottle subzero wine fridge, wolf range, wolf double wall oven, and french door subzero refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Large center marble island and a separate dining space comfortably seats the whole family. Off the living room is a fiberglass deck that allows for partial sun and partial shade suitable to your preference. Great views of the bay and seating for 8 with a grill perfect for evening meals. Right beyond the kitchen sits the pantry and powder room. To the rear of the second floor is the large master bedroom (king bed) equipped with ensuite bath, walk in closet and private fiberglass deck great for relaxing and viewing the backyard pool.The third floor is completely dedicated to the 2nd master bedroom (king bed) with large private bath and walk in closet.Your private fenced in backyard includes a heated pool with a cabana and plenty of seating. The cabana is equipped with a beverage center (fridge and sink), plenty of storage space and TV with electric roll down shutter. The backyard vacation oasis includes an outside shower, underground sprinklers and landscape lighting. There are several places to lounge outside with multiple seating areas by the pool and on the 4 decks. This well-cared for residence is ready for your enjoyment!
