The First Floor features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub. The bedroom w/the 2 sets of Bunkbeds (Twin/full) has private access to the hall bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a Laundry Room (on the beach side of the house) with a double utility sink and a door to the side yard/pool area. The huge Family Room/5th bedroom has a door for privacy, a Queen size sleeper sofa, tile flooring, a large flat screen TV, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a Bosch dishwasher, a wet bar with granite top and cabinets above & below. A sliding door provides convenient access to a spacious covered deck. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances (including a 6 burner gas range and water/ice available on the refrigerator door), a center island with seating for three, a beverage fridge (built underneath the island) and plenty of storage. There s a peek of the bay from the Kitchen and the Dining Area! A sliding door extends the Living Area out to the large deck, which offers a peek of the bay & spans the width of the house. There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor. The private Master Suite features a King size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private deck! The other bedroom has a Queen size bed. The hall bath features an attractive frameless shower. Nice heated pool for your enjoyment. The cabana/storage shed is not for tenants use. There s off-street parking for 3 vehicles!
