Custom built on a large lot overlooking the ocean, this beautiful home features over 4,000 square feet of living area spread over three floors and of course, AMAZING VIEWS up & down the coastline! Begin your day with a mesmerizing sunrise! Five decks (four of which have a great ocean view) provide ample outdoor living/dining area and allow you to choose between sun or shade, or being in the breeze, or "sheltered from the breeze" - an important consideration during the off-season! Depending upon the time of year you ll be renting, you might also enjoy the large pool & patio area!
