This quaint, adorable and affordable seashore cottage getaway is the simple and perfect way to enjoy the shore. This first floor of a duplex is perfect for your small family or family in need of ground level living. Located just a little over a block to the beach, boardwalk and family recreation, you also have the convenience of, shopping, town and restaurants just a block away in the other direction! First bedroom has 2 twin beds and second bedroom has a queen bed. The family room/3rd bedroom located in rear of home has 2 twin beds and a full futon. The private yard is perfect for barbecues and a front stone porch the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the beach. There is plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Just park your car and walk or bike all week long.
