This BAYFRONT home with traditional floor plan has been transformed from owner-use to suit the needs of vacationing guests. First Floor - Large fully stocked kitchen, featuring double wall oven, center island, wine frig, and counter seating for 2. For your convenience, there is a second refrigerator/freezer just off the kitchen. First floor laundry and half bath located off the kitchen. Bayside sunroom with couch/loveseat and TV. Living room with large TV over fireplace. (Fireplace not for tenant use). Bayside living room area expanded to feature game table. Enjoy cocktails and amazing sunsets or grill the day's catch on the expansive rear deck, accessed by sliders off the sunroom or from living room. Traditional floor plan allows ease of access to the rear deck and outside space. First floor bedroom with King bed and attached bathroom with full walk-in shower.
