A Very Cozy Stone Harbor Bay Front on a Quiet Cu-DE-Sac located on neighbor friendly South Basin. There is a short walk to the 96th st shopping district, Yacht club, Windriftand Icona. Watch the magnificent Sun & Moon rise over the basin which glistens on the lagoon. There is ample car parking that can accommodate at least three to four cars with a nice Paver base. As you enter the foyer the first room to the right offers family room/sitting area also the used as the 4th bedroom-with queen soda bed and TV. This room is next to the full bath. Exiting out of the foyer you enter an open space theme with a living area, kitchen and dining area. The Living room has hardwood floors with a wonderful Coffered ceiling. The Kitchen features Cherry Cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
