The third bedroom/bath suite is located on the right front corner of the house. The expansive Living/Dining/Kitchen area is accented by an (approx) 12 foot high ceiling and this entire area spans the width of the home! The kitchen center island invites you to relax among conversation with family & friends! You'll find 5 stools, a wine cooler, 2 deep sinks, 2 dishwashers, a double wall oven, a 4 burner gas range and tons of counter space! A sliding door leads to a covered porch overlooking the pool, and then to a deck. From the deck, a spiral stair leads to a rooftop deck. The rear of this property offers a very nice, open & airy feeling because there are no homes directly behind this house; just Chelsea Park! There is offstreet parking for at least 3 cars!
