Located on 28th Street in the center of town between Dune & Ocean Drive. Wawa is on one corner (three houses down the street) and Hoys/Avalon Coffee is the opposite corner (about 5 homes up the street). The beach is a quick 3.5 block walk. Our 28th Street beach has it ALL--- bathrooms, playground, ice cream shop, skateboard park, arcade and a large parking lot. Our beach also features Seaside Park was built in 2018, a 2 million dollar playground with bathrooms and a free family entertainment area for the public to enjoy. This location is a source of outdoor concerts, family movies and other activities during the summer. The home is complete with WIFI, 2 parking spots, an outside shower, 3 queen beds and 4 twins. |
