Liam grew-up spending summers in Avalon/Stone Harbor since 1997. He joined Ferguson Dechert Real Estate in the summer of 2018 as our summer Rental Manager. If you have rented with us over the past few summers, you may have met Liam when coming to pick-up your keys! Liam grew-up in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, and attended the Salesianum School in Wilmington, Delaware. Following High School, Liam studied business management at Washington College on the Eastern shore of Maryland while playing in the Men’s Lacrosse Program. After graduation in the spring of 2021, his passion for real estate and love of the Island led him to obtain his NJ Real Estate license to continue his career here at Ferguson Dechert Real Estate!
