Meet Nick Avicolli
Nick was born in Philadelphia, PA. When Nick was an infant, his parents purchased a summer cottage in Cape May; and after a year of commuting back and forth, his family decided to plant their roots in Cape May full time. Nick graduated from Lower Township High School where he was an all honors/AP student; and he started college pursuing a degree in physics. During Summer break; Nick began working at Ferguson Dechert Real Estate as a Customer Service liaison. This experience has proven to be a valuable asset, as Nick was challenged with resolving a wide array of issues that tend to make people unhappy. The issues ranged all the way from challenges with high-tech “Smart TVs” and interrupted cable & WiFi service…to clogged sinks & toilets and malfunctioning air conditioning systems! Armed with a ton of “on the job training and acquired street-smarts”, and with a desire to take his career to the next level, in 2018 Nick obtained his real estate license and began working as Dan’s Rental Assistant. Nick’s hands-on experience of viewing many properties, resolving issues and diffusing tense situations with a calm demeanor has been a huge asset for our Team!
There is a wide array of ingredients to a successful Closing, and it can be very stressful to manage the many moving and integrated parts. Nick dedicates the majority of his time to making sure that our customers & clients have a smooth transaction. In doing so, once the sale agreement is signed, Nick proactively maps-out a path forward so that our customer/client is well-informed in advance and thus easily able to meet upcoming important “performance dates”. Nick provides as much information as possible so that the customer/client is informed as to the mechanics of the transaction and as a result of this structure & guidance, we all have a better experience on the path to Closing!
