This 2nd floor unit offers an open living room, dining area and kitchen with vaulted ceilings. In addition, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a laundry closet.This unit is now pet friendly. All leases will be charged a $175 cleaning fee. Owner provides WiFi and ROKU cable (not Comcast). Pets may be permitted, but ONLY with expressed approval from the owner. Fees and/or additional security deposits may apply. Restrictions may apply to breed, size, and number of pets. No Cats, birds, rodents or exotics. Bringing any animal without owner consent may be considered a breach of this lease and may result in immediate removal without refund. |
